Farm House

The homeowner of this 1900s farmhouse was facing high heating bills due to minimal insulation in the attic. We addressed the issue by installing 3 inches of closed-cell spray foam, effectively sealing the rafter envelope. This not only improved the home's energy efficiency by retaining heat but also transformed the attic into usable space, helping the homeowner keep their hard-earned warmth inside.
